Cooking Club: May 2013
No idea what happened to May! Half of it was spent moping around in my pajamas and hoping for the winter temperatures to let up, the other half was spent feeling sluggish.
The little BBQ pit got used frequently; many buttery sweet goods came out of the oven due to my sweet tooth (and boredom); and then there was the dandelion "experiment". I guess the smashed roasted potatoes were the highlight of May's cooking adventures. They went well with BBQ-ed chicken burgers.
I am in love with purple potatoes. Not just because they're purple :D
Oh wait, it's still May 31st, and I have a batch of chilled bread dough waiting to be worked on. Will let in know what it is soon! (Part of my bready adventure.)
