There seems to be an unwritten rule about cooking Asian whenever we host, more so if there is Asian company in our presence. Just because. We’ve had 3 guests stay over, and because I have been completely uninspired to cook these days (weeks and months, in fact), so Hubs and I pondered, “What would my mother cook?”

Chicken curry and an easy stir-fry it was; keeping it simple for the solo cook.
